Winter Pines is a warm and cold landscape at the same time. The snow covered Pine trees give me that "bur" it's cold feeling, but then you have the added sunlight on the trees and that makes you want to raise your face into the sun. I love it when the sun is shining and it's snowing at the same time. It happens often in the Rocky Mountains where are I from. One of my favorite things in the world. You can almost feel the snow hitting your face and smell the pines as you look at Winter Wonderland. This was a fun painting for me to do. I hope you enjoy it. j

A little about the Artist : Jackie is an award winning artist with collectors worldwide. Her art has been featured on the covers of international magazines, used as city and company logos, displayed in galleries. She has three murals featured at The Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX. They welcome the children on three different floors. She is known for her Bright, Bold, Emotion Filled Art.
